  • The applicant completes and signs an Electric Service Agreement, if required.
  • The applicant is not delinquent on a past or present account.
  • The applicant demonstrates satisfactorily established credit to the Cooperative. If the credit of an applicant, for any type of service, has not been established satisfactorily to the Cooperative, the applicant may be required to make a deposit.
  • The applicant executes a right-of-way easement for his/her property, if required.
  • The applicant pays for construction costs for residential and commercial services as required by the MVEC line extension policy, if required.
  • The applicant provides an adequate meter loop in compliance with the National Electric Code, published by the National Fire Protection Association, and all County and or Municipal electric code requirements.
